Welcome to the Butchers Arms.Our 16th century Public House is situated on Lime Street in the parish of Eldersfield near Gloucester.The Butchers Arms is first and foremost a rural pub, where the bar is the hub of life, with low ceilings, wooden floors, roaring fires and real ale served straight from the cask. We went for dinner here on Sunday, and not only was the food absolutely delicious but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I am not sure if it was the manager or the owner who came to our table to check on our food and see us out but she was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely come back.

We chose the tasting menu accompanied by the wine flight and it proved to be a superb choice. The attention to detail throughout the meal was excellent aided by very attentive and informative staff, who looked after us in the best possible way. I would recommend eating at this restaurant to anyone who enjoys fine dining.
