The French fries were listed as salted and seasoned and appeared to be frozen crinkle cut fries with no salt or seasoning at all. Apps were very good. Polenta fries, bacon wrapped dates and deviled eggs. Service started off to be not great but got better as our dinner progressed The burger was okay but nothing special in any manner. The other dishes we had , gnocchi, short ribs and cassoulet were better. Make sure to order the brussel sprouts. They have a great selection of craft cocktails and my cocktail did not dissapoint, yumm! Loved the jellyfish aquarium and the lively environment. It was a festive vibe but we could easily carry on a conversation. The attention to the needs of people with allergies is wonderful. They have GF Tamari, which is awesome. I usually carry individual packets with me but sometimes I’m out. Never a concern at Hapa.
