Best Healthy Restaurants in El Cajon / Lakeside

We went here for Thanksgiving weekend. They had four dinner options. We went with a traditional turkey dinner. It was wonderful with large portions that were perfect. Our server, Brad, was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. A wonderful holiday meal!

Our visit was Thanksgiving and was very busy. Everyone we met from the front desk to our server was professional and friendly. Some of our group had the turkey dinner, which was sooo good! Some people had NY steak, others the ribeye. Everyone said the meat was cooked exactly how they requested. The entire experience was very pleasant and we will be back.

This was our third Thanksgiving we have had the buffet at the La Mesa El Torito and every time it has been excellent. The food is awesome with a mix of Mexican cuisine and traditional holiday favorites. Their staff is very friendly and the waiters make sure you are well taken care of.

Great thanksgiving feast with breathtaking view of the bay and San Diego’s skyline. Service was extremely friendly and professional. The staff constantly attend to your needs. One of them even helped carry one of my plates back to the table. The food selection was very eclectic and included hand crafted soups, multiple meat carving stations, and a wide variety of salads, side dishes, and desserts. Will definitely consider coming back here for future holiday feasts. Thank you coasterra for a wonderful experience.

Fabulous experience! Beautiful restaurant and beautiful view. The food was incredible and the service was perfect. Peter was our waiter and he was wonderful, absolutely added to the experience. If you have the chance to dine here please take it! The food, service and ambience was a 10/10! Would love to come back and definitely would highly recommend!
