- GGwenMinneapolis - St. Paul •4 reviews5.0Dined todayGw Fins Restaurant Review Gw Fins is truly a gem! We recently dined there to celebrate an early retirement, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming, ideal for such a special occasion. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the food. We had the swordfish and the Ahi Tuna, and both dishes were over the top in terms of flavor and presentation. The swordfish was perfectly cooked with a delicate, buttery texture, while the Tuna was an absolute standout – fresh, vibrant, and bursting with bold flavors. Every bite felt like a celebration in itself. The service was impeccable, with the staff making us feel genuinely celebrated. From thoughtful wine pairings to their attention to detail, they elevated the experience to another level. Gw Fins exceeded all expectations and made our milestone celebration unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional seafood and a memorable dining experience!More infoGW FinsPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• French Quarter•4.9
- VVictoriaVIPAustin •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis is my favorite restaurant in New Orleans. I have eaten here many, many times and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend the brussels sprouts, the French 75, or anything that strikes your fancy. More infoLukePrice: Moderate• French• Central Business District•4.6
- VVladVIPNew Orleans / Louisiana •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur service team, Sylas and Myles, were phenomenal! Very welcoming, pleasant to talk to, and reflected genuine Southern hospitality. An added highlight to the end of our visit was Roydell (sp?), who took us on a tour of the various rooms and gave the stories behind each. He is an excellent ambassador for your restaurant! We will request him and Wylita (sp?) on our next visit. Great time on curating a fantastic team!More infoAntoine'sPrice: Expensive• Creole• French Quarter•4.6
- SSandeepVIPChicago / Illinois •107 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoTragic start to NYD considering the Bourbon St attack. Brennan’s opened late, we called to confirm our reservation too. Cindy & Sheldon were great. We went w/ Sheldon’s recommendations - Eggs Carpaccio (our fav), Oysters, Eggs St. Charles + Owen’s Scotch Egg. Definitely, we did the Banana Foster. The Musicians were a great addition. We had a better experience here vs Mr. B’s Bistro last night.More infoBrennan'sPrice: Expensive• Creole• French Quarter•4.8
- SStevenDetroit / Eastern Michigan •12 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoStart of the evening was a bit shaky, as we sat for 10 min. before the host noticed we had not even gotten water, or been seen by the server, but he was apologetic and things quickly improved. The restaurant is NOT a place for a quiet dinner for two--it is very "high energy" (loud!) Cocktails were well-made and tasty. The two different pasta dishes we had were very good, with the pasta itself perfectly cooked. Grilled Napa lettuce appetizer was delicious as well. The Barbera by the glass was a nice wine. Panna Cotta dessert was delicious. Overall, a very good meal- we will return (I want to try the pizzas, which looked great).More infoSofia New OrleansPrice: Expensive• Italian• Warehouse District•4.7
