Everything is perfect from the reservation on open table, the retailer to confirm on the day of the reservation,. The Smokey old fashioned drink, the escargot, the lobster soup, the steak was cooked perfectly and the tuna order was presented nicely. The creme bulee is great. side orders are a must to try. They even have a card and a flower for us ready on the table.

Great table placement near the action. Got there early. Nice grill marks on the tender steaks! Sides and cheesecake were delicious! Impeccable service!

This is the definition of fine dining. Table service is second to none; you never have to wait for a glass to get empty or a plate to get messy. The food always comes out perfectly prepared and seasoned, and the gauchos are amazing at remembering your temperature choices throughout the meal. Aaron is an absolutely amazing sommelier and is always on point with the perfect choice of wine or spirit to complement your meal. I've never had a bad experience at this establishment and have been coming for years. It will continue to be my go-to steakhouse in San Antonio, and I’m looking forward to it now in Dallas!

You have to experience the deliciousness of the brown butter cinnamon roll. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. The music playing was perfect. It was a great first impression. Over all food and service was fantastic. We will be back!
