- BBrianVIPTampa / Central Florida West •2 reviews5.0Dined todayCafe Gabbiano is our go-to restaurant on Siesta Key. Tucked away in the corner of a shopping area, we’re always greeted by friendly staff who always seat us at our before our reserved time. Our waitstaff has always been friendly, attentive and a pleasure to speak with. They have a large selection of wine, and the bartenders serve excellent mixed drinks. The selections of appetizers, to salads, entrees, to deserts provides an experience for even picking eaters (like our kids). We’ve tried many of their selections and while we have our favorites, we’ve never experienced a bad meal. My favorite, bruschetta for an appetizer, truffle ravioli for the main course and a chocolate martini for the closer.More infoCafe GabbianoPrice: Moderate• Italian• Siesta Key•4.8
- WFWFBfoodieVIPChicago / Illinois •14 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe atmosphere is noisy but fun! Food is very good….just ordered something that was a bit too high in sodium for me. Service was good except we had to ask for water twice and it didn’t arrive until we were halfway finished with our entrees. To be fair, it was very busy. Also I ordered a drink that was described as using fresh fruit juice but it tasted more like simple syrupMore infoColumbia Restaurant - SarasotaPrice: Moderate• Spanish• Sarasota•4.8
- SSarahGreater Boston •23 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThis hidden gem, inside The Modern hotel, is literally the best food we’ve had in Sarasota over the past year of dining out. Cocktails are great, staff is attentive and accommodating, and make very helpful recs when asked. Sit on patio. Don’t forget to order the Brussel sprouts. Lots of options for vegan/gf as well as a fantastic burger for meat lovers. Free parking. Walkable to Fogertyville. We love this place!More infoWink Wink Food and DrinkPrice: Expensive• American• Sarasota•4.5
- JJoeSouthwest Florida •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoOur party of four had an unbelievable experience. The Server, Adam Pratt, was outstanding. He was extremely passionate about his job and provided insight into all Menu items. His interactions were impeccable, providing superior service while also being very interactive and professional. The food was outstanding. Lobster Bisque - Easily the best my Wife and I have ever had. Its creaminess and flavor were beyond reproach. Nigiri (Salmon Belly), Ahi Tuna, and Crab Cocktail - All phenomenal. The crab was super succulent. Wagyu Filet, Wagyu Manhattan, 8oz Filet - These were all "melt" in your mouth and cooked to perfection. The scallop entree was also very good. The scallops were cooked perfectly. The risotto was very good, and the presentation was outstanding. Truffl;e Mac & Cheese was some of the best I have ever tasted. The asparagus is easily the Most Tender asparagus I have ever eaten. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. We finished with the 10-layer Carrot Cake - This was wonderful and the Pineapple sauce was an unbelievable compliment to the moistness of the cake. The cream cheese icing which usually overdoes the cake was the perfect compliment. Our only complaint was the Carrot Cake only had 9 layers. We showed Adam and had some lighthearted fun with it at the table. - SSuzanneGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoThe food was delicious. Hard to find Triple Tail fish on the menu but they feature it and it's so good. Delicate white fish. Citrus cream sauce that comes with the entree is outstanding. Spinach salad with blackened triple tail was good and large--brought half home so I have dinner today. Excellent service. Cinnamon butter served with the bread was amazing. Nice atmosphere--decorated tastefully for the holidays.More infoTripletail Seafood & SpiritsPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Sarasota•4.8
