Best Fun Restaurants in Pocantico Hills

Wonderful menu options at this cozy place where service is so nice. Gourmet food store in front in enticing. We didn’t see our waiter for a half hour at the end of the meal, but we didn’t care, as we had a relaxing time with old friends. Cauliflower bites were too spicy, but I should haves told the waiter I had a spice issue as did our guest. Burgers are wonderful but bun wasn’t soft enough for one guest. Otherwise, it’s the best burger ever, per my husband. This is the best option for dinner in Tarrytown.

What a great restuarant!! All four of us agree that the food was delicious, the service was extremely attentive and friendly, and the ambience was lovely. Our super-kind waiter was very helpful in selecting dishes and suggesting alternatives to accomodate dietary restrictions. The portions were generous and cooked perfectly. A few other tables had birthday celebrations, but the tables were spread out enough that it didn't affecdt us. We could still hear ourselves and have good conversation at our table. We will all definitely go back to Tramonto.

Food was delicious, and have been there several times. Only draw back from my most recent visit was that I was seated in the front, and when new guests came in, there was a cold draft that kept interrupting my/ my party’s comfort. Fortunately enough, the electric grill in front of us helped, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that. Would definitely go back again.

Vida was packed last night. 💃🏻 This is a brand new restaurant in Thornwood by the talented husband and wife duo at Augustine’s in Mamaroneck… Brianne Myers and Marc Taxiera. I love them as humans and am in awe of what they do as creatives/restauranteurs. I was worried about this newest endeavor only because their presence, in addition to incredible food, is such an integral part of Augustine’s success. How will they be able to nurture this baby as beautifully as their first? After visiting last night with a few friends, I no longer have any fears. Vida has been open a month and it felt like it had been operating successfully for years. I am neck deep in Christmas everything, but I am just so happy for Brianne and Marc, but also for Westchester. We needed some new “Vida” around these parts. Will def include comments under the photos. One more thing… omg the food. Oh and the glassware. and the patio that we will all enjoy in the Spring! ok… gotta go! So many gorgeous details. Always a great experience when I eat at Red Hat!! Whether its sitting outside during the summer or celebrating with friends at our annual holiday dinner - we have had our friends holiday dinner at Red Hat every year...and it is our place. The food is great, it is so very beautiful, and the service is on point!!
