Lex our server was fabulous from start to finish! He explained the starters and entrees beautifully. We got the braised short ribs which were flavorful and tender just as described. It was our first time, from the host warmly greeting us while they gave the kids a stuffie each. The girls ordered from the kids menu which gave them a beautiful mug to take home! The fairy that went our granting wishes was truly magical! And to top it all off they took complimentary family photo to remember the outing. Definitely will be back and start a new family Christmas tradition! Thank you again Lex and staff for making it a very special and memorable evening!

Our table had mussels and crunchy brussels sprouts pizza, both of which were amazing -- fresh ingredients, delicious, perfect portion, beautiful presentation. For appetizer we ordered fried calamari and they were to die for! Perfect lunch for business and pleasure. I've gone with my family here a couple of times and we had consistently great meals. Highly recommend.

Joe Flamm did it again. His restaurants feel like the perfect place to gather with friends while not feeling like a stuffy table cloth places where you can’t relax. Service is mindful but not over bearing. We ordered 10 plates and didn’t have one I didn’t like - the gelato to end the meal is a must

We had a memorable evening on a cold night in a cozy environment overlooking the Chicago River. We had great food and impeccable service. The wine list is virtually incomparable. I was amazed by our server's knowledge about both the food and the wines. We will not soon forget this dining experience and we will be back in other seasons.
