- SStephenSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agowe had the panko crusted ahi roll, Hirahara Greens with umeboshi dressing, paia maki roll, AHI Hamachi and salmon nigiri, Hamachi sashimi, rainbow roll, and the 22 O bone in Prime rib. The stand out items were the Prime rib and the Hamachi. Our server Dave was attentive and efficient. Give them a try for an enjoyable diner.More infoSansei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar - WAIKOLOA, HawaiiPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Waikoloa•4

- TThomasNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was an AMAZING and unique experience here in Hawaii! There was communal seating, a chance to meet people locally as well as vacationers, the food was incredible, the wine was paired perfectly with each course and the people were so LOVELY! Both Connor and Kristin know exactly what they're doing! Do not even hesitate to eat here. We were fortunate enough to attend their first Feast of Seven Fishes dinner on Christmas Eve!! Again, don't hesitate!More infoChefs & TablePrice: Very Expensive• Pacific Rim• Kailua-Kona•5
- TTravisSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe ambiance was great and the food was great, and different than traditional food of the same name in other restaurants. The only negative is the fact that it is located such a long distance from the main town of Kona.More infoKuleana Rum ShackPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Waikoloa•4.4
- DDarleneHawaii •4 reviews5.0Dined on 19 Dec 2024My husband and I have been to Four Seasons Hualalai several times and but just recently decided to give Miller & Lux a try. Wow, were we surprised. As vegetarians, you might think there would be nothing to eat at a steakhouse, but Miller & Lux not only takes the steps to accommodate different dietary preferences, they don't make you feel bad about it in the least bit. Our server, Rachel, was the perfect career server. As a former business manager of a Chicago steakhouse, there is a certain level of fine dining service that is expected - and she exceeded all expectations. She was attentive, kind, and even with our later reservation (8PM) did not make us feel rushed in the least bit. We had a long conversation with her about living in the islands, her training at the Miller & Lux to prepare for the opening at Hualalai, and gave us thorough descriptions of the menu items to ensure that we were ordering the right amount of food. We ended up ordering off of the regular menu and the vegan menu to create our perfect vegetarian meal. The truffle deviled eggs (on a vintage egg plate!) was a dream and my risotto was just perfect. We will absolutely be back. 10/10!More infoMiller & Lux Hualalai at Four Seasons Resort HualalaiPrice: Very Expensive• American• Kaupulehu•4.6
