The beet salad is delicious! We had the special fish which was moist, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. It was a preparation I wouldn’t normally choose, but I’m trying to eat healthier and normally lentils with vegetables wouldn’t be my “go to”, but this was so flavorful and satisfying. We also had the ribeye special with the herbed butter. Again, a dish cooked perfectly with wonderful flavors. The mashed potatoes were the best I have ever enjoyed! Noah, checked in on us and our meal and was quite engaging and very fun. We enjoyed our meal and the beautiful ambiance of Traverna. It’s not to be missed when on Maui and we will be back soon!
