Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! Outstanding service. The food came out quickly and exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff. Overall, was very pleased and would highly recommend!

Our server was helpful and accommodated a change to the menu for an allergy. He was patient and around just enough. The food was so delicious and flavourful. My favourite was the taro chips and dip. The prawns were also delish. Even though we were seated on the outdoor patio in December, it was warm enough. Just wish there were slightly more substantial chairs. We were seated on very small stools.

I booked open table and got a very nice standard table Not noisy at all so we could talk n at least hear each other I had tuna tartare as appetizer And than Salmon in honey mustard and alternated vegetables for mashed potatoes My family had steak and French onion soup Than to finish off our dinner we had their mud pie Everything was so delicious Everything was perfectly done

Great selection of meat but not enough for the 4 of us😂
