Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks.     Absolutely amazing experience and one everyone must try. You are on an incredible farm with some of the best food. Eric and his team are simply amazing. Everything has the personal touch. From the welcome to the cabanas/huts - it’s all so perfect.

    I took a very close friend here last night, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The quality of the food was awesome! I had fresh cod, which is hard to find in Colorado! The flavor, textures, and presentation of the food was fantastic. The service was fantastic as well!

    I loved dining at Martinis . The waitress and waiter were top notch professional. The owner was especially kind and took an interest in our special night out. I would highly recommend martinis I also loved the decorative lighting.

    We went in with a party of 8. Of coarse a few were half an hour late. There was no issue with this, they let us wait at our table for everyone to get there before ordering. The food was fantastic, the wait staff was welcoming, understanding, and attentive. We stayed for over three hours chatting and catching up. Great experience and will definitely be going back!
