Best Waterfront Restaurants in Port Richmond

First, you can't beat the ambience of this 4-masted sailing ship turned restaurant built in 1904 docked on the Delaware waterfront in Philadelpha. Add to that superb cuisine and service and it made for a memorable Valentine's Day dinner (a day late), Baked brie appetizer was excellent and large enough to share. My wife's scallops and my Alaska halibut were similarly outstanding. We both enjoyed the 2019 Mosel region Riesling that went well with dinner. To top it off, our server was one of the best ever. The Moshulu is not cheap but not outrageous, especially for the quality. If you drive there, parking is $20.

You really do get what you pay for at Carlucci's! I very vividly remember the food being "meh" here. The views were gorgeous and the drinks were always good so it was a "maybe" for a long time for my family. We decided to go there last minute for Valentine's Day and we had the absolute BEST experience. Their temporary tent is now permanent outdoor seating, the service was perfect (hi Frank!), and the food was incredible. Highly recommend the Sea Bass and Caneloni! The BEST cannoli for dessert. Don't sleep on Carlucci's!

Yesterday had the Valentine’s Day dinner special of Prime ribs. Prime ribs came out lukewarm not hot. Salad was a side salad with some kind of spicy sauce. Otherwise good deal and glad they have prime rib.

All our food was fresh and tasted awesome. We weren't rushed and not over serviced. Meaning wasn't being bothered every 5 minutes

Bit disappointed with the menu, given that Italian is part of the menu, but limited selection. Blacken Salmon was very good. Night brought more customers, but bartender doubled as our server, which he did a great job. Would return in better weather to enjoy the outside view.
