Best Waterfront Restaurants in Milton

Hugo was very good! Service and time between courses was good. It was a quiet Saturday afternoon. Even in the dead of winter, view is great. Veal Porcini and raw oysters were superb! Chicken Parm and Shrimp Carbona were good. My Mediterranean salad was wilted. To me, salad is the center of my meal. Tiramisu was delicious. Overall, it was very good and we would return.

I've eaten here many many times and it remains my favorite restaurant in Boston. Food is just spectacular and service is casually impeccable. We had such a lovely dinner, particularly the three in our party who had never been before. Have the tuna crudo from the raw bar menu--relatively simple but as good a dish as I've ever had.

The food was fabulous! Their famous Squid ink pasta and fruitti di mare were both outstanding. Wonderful Italian wines by the glass, too. We opted to sit at the bar in lieu of our reservation for a table and are happy we did. Service was great and the bartender recommended her favorites for both the food and beverages menus. We will definitely return when we go back to Boston!

 Our experience at Joe’s American bar and Grill was absolutely wonderful. They seated us right when we arrived and we had the best view out the window watching the water. Our food came quickly and it was delicious! Everyone of us ordered a different brunch item and each one was delicious and warm and ready to eat. The staff was attentive and sweet and grateful. I will definitely go there again.

We dine here often and with good reason. The consistency for all the categories you ask about on the survey are always over the top. The staff, the venue, the FOOD and the prices are all great. This owner has other restaurants in the area and it is the same experience at any of them when we visit. So if you’re local - stay local and try this gem. And if you’re not local - it is worth a trip!
