Best Waterfront Restaurants in Grand Cayman

One of the best meals of my life! Great service, sat Inside but felt outside with the wind blowing in thru open doors and windows. Highly recommend the ceviche, oysters, calypso salad, seafood rundown, and ginger tuna. All delicious! Also, the sticky toffee cake is that good! Everyone talks about it but it truly is an amazing dessert! We will be back

It’s a perfect beach vibe restaurant and bar. The service for food was a little slow. Drinks were fast!

We booked to go to the the Union on valentines night living on the island we had never been before. We were not disappointed from the time we arrived we felt welcomed. Throughout the meal the owners were very attentive to guests, a nice touch in a world where there are so many faceless corporate businesses. The food was top quality my rib eye was cooked to perfection nicely rare, my wife had the seafood platter again quality product. Our starter was the truffle pate which had a truffle infused breadcrumb this with the smooth pate. Glad we went sharing that the portion’s are big and quality. The wine list caters for all pallets we went for a small house champagne then the lady may from South Africa both lovely. The ambiance is nice with ambient lighting and modern decor we chose to sit inside although there is a nice terrace outside overlooking the waters of Camana bay. Whether you are visiting the Cayman Islands or resident make time to go to UNION it’s worth it.

NOVA was a culinary experience and the venue is amazing. We had a lovely beachside dinner for 6. Food was delicious, wine was perfect and the ambiance can’t be beat. This is a must for anyone on the island.

Food was amazingly fresh. Ceviche Trio was so delicious and probably one of the best we have had. Fettuccine dish I had and the Risotto my wife had was very flavorful. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be back.
