The most beautiful Benihana my gf and I have ever been to. The food was excellent and delicious. Our chef James from Cambodia was entertaining and funny. It was my gf first time to Bennihana or these type of Hibachi grill restaurants. She had a wonderful entertaining time. Thank you so much for making our date night a fantastic experience.

We were so excited to visit Hell's Kitchen, and it did not disappoint! The location is spectacular and the restaurant was pristine. Our view was the incredible fountains of Caesars Palace. Such a fun, exciting dining experience. John was our server and he went above and beyond! I have a very dangerous allergy to milk protein and he asked us right away if we had any food allergies he should know about. He let me know that there was dairy in 2 of the items we were ordering. (they were for my teen) I thought that was so special. Food allergies are so embarrassing, I really appreciated the care John took! His server assistant was professional, and friendly. The restaurant was packed and you would never have known that by the way our table was taken care of. Well done. We're Vegas locals, so we're fortunate to have a lot of great dining choices. This was one of the best meals we've ever had. Highly recommend Hell's Kitchen. You made our Christmas Eve very special and memorable. Thank you.

After several days of over-the-top meals, it was great to have something healthy and delicious! We’ve been to other True Food locations and this one didn’t disappoint. No one does a kale salad like they do!

Absolutely the best. had mussels and lasagna. Both were the best and absolutely delicious

If you want a filet you can cut with a fork (even when its well done), excellent sides, wonderful desserts and great service then you have to go here! We have tried many steak places in Vegas and this one is hands down the best! It is pricey, they all usually are, but worth the splurge at least once.
