- RRichardKansas City / Kansas •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoInteresting that there were multiple items which they were "out of". In their defense the weather had been snowy and it was Valentines Day (though ours was a 5 pm meal). I was ok ordering my 2nd choice, but our neighboring table (tables are quite close so conversations are unavoidably overheard) was very unhappy. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and our attentive and capable server Maggie. We will return.More infoTrue Food Kitchen - Kansas CityPrice: Moderate• American• Plaza / Brookside•4.5
- KKyleKansas City / Kansas •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGreat experience as always. Great service, creative but value-conscious menu. Four of us dined with each having something different and each raving about the quality and tastiness of the food. Chef-created American dishes are fantastic and large portions so that you're not starving in two hours as you may be when eating chef-created dishes at other locations. Have always had great food, great service and great variety in food.More infoThe Westside LocalPrice: Moderate• American• Kansas City•4.9
- BBurnellKansas City / Kansas •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoAmazing! A great place for date night especially if you want privacy and intimacy. The small booths with curtains are next level. Loved being able to cook simple meals together with my wife. It was fun and flavorful.More infoThe Melting Pot - Kansas CityPrice: Expensive• Fondue• Plaza / Brookside•4.7
- MMasonKansas City / Kansas •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI had the grilled tuna as my main course and it was perfectly seasoned. The purple Japanese sweet potato really brought everything together! My girlfriend had the lobster tail with pasta and bacon, and she loved it too. The pasta had a sweet aftertaste that was delightful! She also did some wine sampling of the sweet wines. She liked them but for $15 you’ll only get 3 wines that are 1/3 full. We both then tried a tart pie that we didn’t really enjoy. The first bite tasted like raw orange peel, it was very bitter. The orange peel taste stays around but isn’t as extreme as the first bite. So if you don’t like tart, don’t get their tart pie (not the actual name but forgot the name).More infoWandering Vine at The CastlePrice: Expensive• American• Shawnee•4.6
