- NNorikovipDetroit / Eastern Michigan •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoIt was a great birthday celebration of my song became 22 yeas old! We had 4 appetizers: spicy squids, octopus, scallops and polenta with wild mushrooms. All were amazingly flavorful and delicious. My son had a tomahawk, while I enjoyed Mediterranean fish (I forgot what kind). That tomahawk was so huge but tender. It came with mushroom butter sauce and potatoes more condiments. We concluded this dinner with crème brûlée and flourless chocolate torte and a cup of decaf coffee. I’m so glad that my son is now old enough to appreciate these dishes wholeheartedly! And the service was impeccable, as usual. They were so attentive and everything was timed perfectly!! I really appreciated all aspects of the dinner!!More infoCafé CortinaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Farmington Hills•4.8

- KKeitayaDetroit / Eastern Michigan •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI had a wonderful experience. I had the catfish bites, truffle fries and two RSVP mocktails. Everything was delicious. Our server was so friendly and gave helpful menu suggestions. The live band was great. It is an intimate restaurant so it can be difficult to hold a conversation when the band is playing. Overall, we had an awesome time and will go back soon.More infoKnock Twice SpeakeasyPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• West Bloomfield•4.5
- OTOpenTable DinerGrand Rapids / Western Michigan •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe were seated at a high top for 2 people that overlooked the kitchen. My wife and I are average sized humans and we felt the table was a little cramped for shared plates, but this was the only negative thing to say about our evening. The service was outstanding with napkins, plates, and cutlery replaced with each course. The restaurant was filled with conversation and some fun music, about what you would expect with shared plates being the main theme. The drinks were great, the view from our table was superb. We had a look in on the open fire grill and the stone oven while also being able to watch the bartenders put on a show making cocktails. Food was top notch and came out spaced perfectly. We had the beef tartare, Carrots, octopus, and duck. This was an excellent date night, anniversary meal (if you’re ok with loud) or a great double date, I think 4 people here fits the menu size for their shared plates pretty well.More infoSelden StandardPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Detroit•4.8
