The atmosphere is as unique as the food. The Colorado bar keeps its cozy old-fashioned log cabin feel with an interesting collection of taxidermy perched in the rafters.     We had a reservation. We arrived at our exact time and were seated right away. Our server Avery was amazing. She made great recommendations and upon finding out it was our first visit she explained how they try to source everything locally. They have a fantastic gluten free friendly menu. Lots of options. I had the salmon and my husband had the filet. Both were delicious. We started out with the cornbread and truffle barrata. They too were amazing. The atmosphere was casual but classy. Good crowd watching the broncos game. We will definitely be back.

    Excellent! Celebrated our son’s 16 birthday here who by the way has a severe peanut allergy. Bistro North went above and beyond to make it special and safe. The food is just amazing. A must if you’re skiing in Keystone. The food was beyond amazing from the appetizers, main meal to desert.

    As always, Aurum never disappoints! We love all the happy hour items and the great drinks. Also, they have some of the best waitstaff in Summit County. The manager is always on hand and available to help with anything. We will always go back.
