- LlucyvipNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe fall/winter pre fixe menu in my opinion is absolutely perfect! Elevated yet comfort food. The French onion soup is no crock of French onion soup. It is more of a meal. The soup had three pieces of short rib and the toast had slices of (I think) Brie! Almost like a cross between beouf Bourgogne and French onion soup. A must is the Bosc pear tarte tatin for dessert. The butterscotch sauce was perfection. For mains we had the grilled pork chop and the chicken breast. Both had wonderful seasonal preparations and were miraculously moist! Service was perfect and the owners stop by every table and are so friendly! A really special place!More infoThe GablesPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Long Beach Island•4.7

- DDeviLos Angeles •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoMediterra is hands down our favorite restaurant in Princeton. The servers are attentive and helpful, the bartenders and chefs are top notch, and we've never ordered anything off their pleasing menu we didn't love. Their pastaless lasagna (a vegetarian dish) is the best I've ever had anywhere (and I'm not even vegetarian.) Their homemade whole grain bread is outstanding (as is the seasoned olive oil they serve as an accompaniment) and we always enjoy their shellfish, cocktails and seafood, too. Plus, they're open all day, for those who like later lunches and they have a great dog-friendly outdoor seating area with heaters for cooler days. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I do so wish they'd bring back their delectable mushroom tacos and continue the vegan menu they offered last month, as we have many vegan friends we'd like to invite. That said, they are very accommodating about making adjustments to existing offerings where they can. Oh, and fabulous cocktails and wine menu too.More infoMediterraPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Princeton•4.7
