Best Vegan Restaurants in Crete

The Maple Tree Inn never disappoints. I love that they offer vegan options as well as the normal offerings as that is hard to find. The service was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. Everything we ordered was 10/10. The only hiccup was that the red beans & rice don’t list meat in the description but our server was able to offer the cajun rice as an alternative for our vegetarian guest. All and all, a wonderful experience and definitely a hidden gym in Chicago’s South Suburbs.

What an amazing experience! The food flavors and visual presentation were just delightful! Our hostess Lilly was knowledgeable and attentive. The entire experience was wonderful! This is going to be one of our go-to restaurants going forward. Whether you are vegan or not, this is a must-try! We loved it!

Each bite at Sifr was incredible. We got the hummus, pita, carrots, falafel, maitake, and lamb kabob. The textures, flavors, and colors were all so impressive and we will definitely be back. Beautiful space, excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This is my new favorite restaurant in Chicago. And I’ve brought many non-vegan and non-vegetarians who love it as much as I do simply because the food tastes good! I usually start with bang bang broccoli and add several great rolls for the table. ⭐️✨
