Best Vegan Restaurants in Cole Valley

We had a big group lunch there. Pretty good! We enjoyed it.

The service is very nice and professional. My only note is that the rice porridge is not porridge but more of a rice bowl. Porridge should have more liquid in it, more like a thick soup.

Greens never fails to impress. The food is spectacular and each dish is different and delicious. We were a party of four and ordered everything to share, which was absolutely the way to go. The service was also phenomenal. I have celiac and we had another allergy in our group as well and the kitchen caught a potential concern and circled back with us so we could change our order. I can’t eat everywhere, so it’s such a treat to visit a restaurant where I can relax and safely enjoy the experience. Greens is a San Francisco institution at this point, but it has done an amazing job throughout the years of evolving and staying fresh and current. Always a treat to eat here!

There’s still hope for cozy, warm, restaurants with fabulous food in San Francisco! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, not in a rush to get you out. The food is mind blowing, with seasonal dishes, but keeping some favorites around for the long haul. The cheesy bread, tostones, radish cakes, and fish are all my favorite. You can’t go wrong with food and drinks here. If you’re looking for a homey place with 5 star food, Firefly is it!

Authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Cole Valley. Hard to find this level of quality and service at reasonable prices these days.
