As two industry workers, it's always interesting to be on the other side of service as we are so consciously aware of everything going on around us. Elise did a fabulous job of reading our table and providing the perfect balance of attention/interaction throughout service. That is truly the art of serving/bartending. Wished we lived closer to dine on a more regular basis. We toned it down a little last night with a shared Autumn Salad, Elk Osso Bucco, Four Hour Short Ribs and exquisite desserts and a double expresso.
