Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Los Alamitos / Cypress

Overall good I would not recommend the Filet Asked for it charred but was not No flavor Whipped Feta and Pate appetizers were very good

We celebrated my birthday here because I had a $20 birthday discount. I enjoyed a $40 three-course meal, getting cornbread, a house salad, chicken breast (with corn on the cob, BBQ beans and coleslaw) and peanut butter ice cream pie, all of which was delicious. We had excellent service.

Excellent spot to meet friends between Orange County and LA. Today we enjoyed lunch with friends. The table savored the French onion soup (2), French dip sandwich (1), Italian chopped salad(1), chicken chopped salad (1) and a Wedge salad (1). The service was spot on.

I love a lively ambience. And that is just what I got. The music was great. The food was great and it is a happy fun place. The saxophone player was excellent. I usually go on the nights that Derek or the other R&B group plays.

Went for Sunday Brunch RESERVATIONS RECoMMEDED. There were a lot of people outside waiting to be seated I had a reservation for 2 and was seated right away. The restaurant was VERY crowded and Noisy. There were plenty of stations opened around the restaurant with different selections to choose from. the food was good there were enchiladas, rellenos, soups, salads deserts, and much more to choose from. there was a taco area also. Like I mentioned it was very crowded if you do not like crowds then I would go elsewhere. I think when they closed the Westminster store the people came to the next closest El Torito Cypress. At Westminster they had a courtyard where all the food was displayed at Cypress it was in the entry way in the restaurant in the bar area. There is outside seating available if you want. will I come back Maybe. Remember to make a reservation
