Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Fishers / Geist

Tiburon has officially become our date night spot. We’ve gone on dates at other establishments that cost two times what Tiburon did. We both agree that the food here blows everywhere else we’ve had out of the water. The Wagyu was the best steak I’ve ever had and very well seasoned. My husband is not a big fan of scallops so when his seafood risotto came out he split the scallop with me. One bite of it and he was asking me to give it back to him. I’m from the beach and agree it was one of the best scallops I’ve had. We will definitely be back!

Evening started off getting seated for our reservation on time if not, a little early. Venue ambiance is very beautifully decorated inside, comfortable and quiet. Our waitress Lauren was very good, did not push us and separated timing between drinks, appetizers, salads and entrees. Even had the general manager act as the sommelier for our Fleur Pino Noir wine opening where we had a great discussion about wines and vineyard locations of our traveling paths. Food was delicious. Appetizer of calamari was fresh and coated with a very nice lightly spiced sauce with greens . Salads, the Garden with house dressing, and the Caesar, were almost enough for a meal by themselves . Very well done. Entree plates of the Steaks, Ribeye and Filet, were cooked to our liking, complete with sides, and were very delicious. Dessert of the Creme Brule as done very nicely with fresh whipped cream and strawberries. The whole dining experience will no doubt bring us back again and again.

If you're looking for a swanky spot to celebrate Valentine's Day (or any special occasion), look no further than 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo! My partner in crime and I decided to celebrate V-Day in style, but I made the rookie mistake of underestimating just how popular this place is. I mean, who needs a month's notice to book a table, right? Wrong! By the time I got around to making a reservation, the only time slot available was 11:00 PM. Yes, you read that right – 11:00 PM! But then, like a Valentine's Day miracle, amazing Helen from the reservation team reached out to me with some incredible news: she'd managed to snag an earlier time slot for us at 9:30 PM! I mean, talk about a Valentine's Day hero! Now, onto the good stuff: the ambiance, the drinks, and the service. Let me tell you, 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo delivers on all fronts! Ambiance: 5/5 (swanky, sophisticated, and romantic – what more could you ask for?) Drinks: 5/5 (craft cocktails that will make your taste buds do the tango) Service: 5/5 (Helen, you're the real MVP – thanks for saving our Valentine's Day!) Overall, I'd give 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo a solid 5/5 stars. It's the perfect spot to impress your significant other, celebrate a special occasion, or just treat yourself to a fancy night out. So, if you're looking for a Valentine's Day miracle of your own, be sure to book your table at 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo – and don't wait until the last minute, trust me on that one! Cheers, lovers!

This was our first time visiting Salt. It was much more spacious inside than I thought it would be, yet still felt comfortable & warm due to having different seating areas vs one big open room. We really liked the lighting and the decor, there was music in the background that wasn’t too overwhelming yet still made it feel like a fun Friday night.  The ambiance alone makes me excited to dine there again. My daughter and I shared four appetizers and liked each one. Our favorite was the poke … beautiful presentation, and the rice underneath was addictive. The only preference I would have next time is no Sriracha mayo drizzled on it, instead just a little of that caramel soy they put under the rice. The calamari was nice and crunchy … it had good flavor on its own, but the dipping sauce was also good.  The spicy tuna roll was nice & fresh, lovely presentation. Our least favorite of the four were the dumplings. They were really good, but didn’t need to be served in the citrus chile sauce. Maybe just squeeze a bit of it over the dumplings versus filling the bottom of the dish with it? Every dish that went by us to other tables looked amazing.  Next time I’m excited to try the oysters Rockefeller and lamb lollipops, plus the skillet bread.
