Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in East-Bartlett / Collierville / Germantown

We love dining at Southern Social, but 1/9 was made even more exception by Brandon, our server. He was gracious, informative, and polite. We will continue our loyalty to SS due to the fantastic food - and ask for him the next time!

We choose Benihana as a different alternative to the chic La-McDonald's for our 7-year-old grandson birthday. 😂 He really didn't know what to expect and when he saw the grill fire from the nearby table, he, his sister and younger cousins where so fascinated! Our waitress was absolutely amazing helping us make good decisions as far as satisfying the palate of little kids can sometimes be challenging. I was proud everyone was willing to try something new. Our chef was very friendly and personably. He entertained the young kids and kept them engaged. Overall, we have a happy 7-year-old who now has something new to talk about at school. I am really pleased with the overall experience.

Went there to celebrate my birthday. Steaks cooked as ordered. Got the surf and turf special. Lobster tail was cooked well. Included a salad or soup and bread pudding dessert. All were good. Pleased with the service and attention. Place was quiet and not too busy. But it was a weeknight on Thursday.

We had reservations for two at 6:30 pm and we out the door, having finished our meal by 7:17 pm. The fastest service in a fine dining restaurant I have ever experienced. They were moderately busy, as well. The food was superb and the staff were courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent meal, great food, fair prices. Z is the best waiter, very helpful with suggestions!!! Ravioli is the 💣, bow tie pasta with sausage excellent!! Will be back more frequently, blows a lot of other places away!!!
