When I opened my doors in July of 2009, I committed to serving the freshest Italian dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. We had an incredible dining experience! Justin was super thoughtful. He knew we were splitting one of the meals and had the kitchen do two separate plates. He brought out a special drink for our 21yo birthday as well as let them pick a dessert! We love Olive + Oak! Justin was the perfect server for us!
