You can't forget what you just saw and it is on your mind as you order from Russell's interesting menu. Food was great, waiter was great and the carrot cake, claimed to be the best in St. Louis (correct) and an expresso chocolate cake where a wonderful end to the meal.More infoRussell's on MacklindPrice: Moderate• American• St. Louis Hills•4.9

- SStuartvipIndiana •2 reviews5.0Dined on 15 Nov 2024Service was very good— a little slower service than I’d prefer, but Meredith and other staff members were friendly and attentive the entire time so it was worth it. We were celebrating our five year anniversary— multiple staff members wished us a happy anniversary and our dessert was comped… what a nice touch!! Pork belly app was delicious. Bone-in ribeye was well-seasoned, a little under temperature we ordered (med rare) but it was cooked nicely and fat was rendered so we ate it and very much enjoyed it. Mac and cheese with lobster addition was good but next time I would probably leave off the lobster, it was tasty enough without it. And the seasonal veg (braised kale with sweet potato) was excellent. Bourbon bread pudding was the highlight of the meal, so so good!! We will definitely be back!More infoHamilton's Urban Steakhouse and Bourbon BarPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• St. Louis•4.8
