Best Seasonal Restaurants in Palm Harbor

I’ve been eating at Mystic Fish for years. Normally it’s very consistent and the food is very good. Last night I ordered the NY strip steak for $40 which was on the specials menu. I ordered medium rare— it was medium and too well cooked for my taste. Plus from the first bite I had to spit out gristle. A friend at our table ordered the same thing and it was not cooked as ordered and also tough. I told the waiter but he did nothing. Very disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber. I’m sorry I tipped the waiter 20% and if and when I return I will definitely be more vocal when I’m served an inedible piece of meat. Shame on you, Mystic Fish. I don’t get out often due to mobility issues so it was a very unhappy evening as far as the food I got. I did enjoy the lobster bisque but that didn’t make up for my entree. Janet S

This is gourmet food at its best. And the service could not have possibly been better.

Great place for brunch. Service is great and they never mind or rush us if we stay longer than normal.

Quiet, intimate, dining experience. Our server, Bertrand was wonderful. I love Risotto and the Mushroom Risotto was incredible.

Great food! We enjoyed the buffet. The server was very sweet but did not come around often enough to check on us to see if we needed drink refills. Overall, a great experience.
