Best Seasonal Restaurants in Newberg

Food was great. Manager served us himself as it was Valentine Weekend and the restaurant was super busy. We will make a point to come back often.

My wife has nerve damage in her leg and they sat us at a bistro table for Valentines Day. It was very uncomfortable for her so we asked to sit at a regular table. It was super crowded at the time, but they immediately sat us at another table. Excellent service!!!

The new tasting menu at the Jory is awesome. Each course was incredibly thoughtful and well executed. Go for the wine pairings - they are a fun mix of local and international wines, with some fun pairings in there you wouldn't expect. Service was friendly and attentive. The Black Cod and Pork Tasting dishes were our favorites. Add the Jory to your list for your next special occasion meal.

We were looking for a new pizza place and Open Table led us to the Forage. The Forage is a quaint restaurant in a cottage style house that offers several different pizzas. We had both the appetizers offer because we couldn't decide! The polenta fries were the best I have had, and the roasted artichoke dip served with warms pita bread actually tasted like artichoke and not cream cheese! To be honest I only tried two of the pizzas because the third had Calabrian chilies and I am a wimp! Both my husband and son loved it! I recommend the Forge to anyone looking for a yummy pizza to enjoy at the restaurant or to take home.

Nothing short of exquisite. The service, presentation of the food, pairings of wines, savory and sweet sensations all around. Looking forward to our return visit.
