We had an exceptional dining experience at Jeff Ruby’s Carlo & Johnny, and our server, Ashley, made it absolutely unforgettable. We were thrilled to be seated in her section again, as she had served us before and left a lasting impression. Ashley’s service was nothing short of impeccable—her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth elevated our evening. She has an incredible ability to recommend the perfect cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner beverages, tailoring her suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and drink offerings is second to none, and her recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service at Carlo & Johnny is consistently the best in the city, and Ashley exemplifies the excellence that Jeff Ruby’s is known for. The mixed greens salad is amazing! Very tasty, somewhat healthy and a very good value.

after having eaten here since they opened i've grown to expect exactly what i experienced this visit...everything was really good...no issues from valet to valet, always a good time!

Our server wasn’t great but the food was phenomenal. Pretzels were delicious and the loaded skins were very tasty. The chicken sandwich tossed in hot honey was very good. The broccoli has a very good flavor. The loaded cheese fries were great to me but my husband thought it was too much. My daughter really enjoyed the salmon and Mac and cheese. My husband said the manhattan was different than any he’s ever had but he really enjoyed it.

Food is exceptional, very hole-in-the-wall. Highly recommend
