We accept a limited number of reservations for parties up to 10 people up to 90 days in advance. Reservations are required for parties over 7 people, but optional for smaller group sizes. Pastabilities® restaurant has been happily serving our guests in Syracuse, New York for over 40 years. Our seasonal menus feature a full range of our homemade pastas, sauces, salads and the famous Stretch Bread from our bakery across the street. Originally known as Phoebe's Garden Café, the restaurant has a long and colorful history in Syracuse. Local lore claims that the building was originally a brothel, and Phoebe was its madam. In the summer of 2004, Phoebe's experienced a refreshing makeover with a bright new look in the atrium dining room with fresh paint, new upholstery, and artwork. The coffee lounge also opened that year, and it became an instant hit with the surrounding university and business crowd. Those changes also warranted a new name to reflect the updated attitude and ambiance: Phoebe's Restaurant and Coffee Lounge. Classic elements of Phoebe's remain untouched—the French onion soup and enticing crème brulee, for example, but other menu items change seasonally. Unbelievable food, service and ambiance! We had the sea bass and salmon and both were delicious. Service was over the top and fun with Bella making the night memorable!!! A must visit spot in SYR and should be in a weekly rotation of dining spots.

It is a true hidden gem! Tucked away inside the NYS Fairgrounds it is actually more convenient since there's ample parking and pretty much in a secured area. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly hostess and sat down at a table that is surely a delight for two since it's larger than the average. Food was impeccable and the drinks were spot on. Our server Adam was very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend Daniella's if you want a more private intimate gathering without the hassle of traffic.
