Best Seasonal Restaurants in New Romney

Very helpful and lovely staff. Great food as always

We had dinner at The George Grill as part of an overnight stay and found it to be excellent. The food was delicious and well presented, and the staff were professional and welcoming. A big thank you to our waiter (who was from the Canary Islands) and was friendly, very attentive and provided an excellent service. We had the Romney Marsh lamb for starters which tasted amazing, followed by the Hake and clams with coconut verde sauce, equally delicious. Dessert and cheeses were fab. The following morning we thoroughly enjoyed the continental and cooked breakfast. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the smoked salmon was high quality. This is our second visit here and although the menu may be limited for some, it is of high standard.

Always a pleasure to eat at the Landgate Bistro. The food is always fabulous and the service great. I can't recommend it highly enough.

A lovely sunny afternoon and we sat on the terrace admitting the sea view and enjoying the ambience. Food was good - nothing amazing but perfect for lunchtime The staff however were super helpful and friendly and made our experience very enjoyable - thank you
