Food was great and our waitress Maggie was so sweet and bubbly!! Truly enjoyed dinner!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Joline during my visit, and I have to say, she is hands down the best server I’ve ever encountered! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and an upbeat attitude that set the tone for an amazing experience. Joline was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in at just the right moments. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive—she recommended a dish I wouldn’t have chosen on my own, and it turned out to be my new favorite! What stood out most was her genuine care for her customers. She made us feel like VIPs, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who truly loves what they do, but with Joline, it shows. If you’re lucky enough to have Joline as your server, you’re in for a treat. I’ll definitely be coming back, and a big part of that is because of her outstanding service.

I’d been looking forward to having a dinner here. I got a flyer promoting a 3 course meal for seniors at a fixed price. I got some of my friends together and we all wanted to try it. Some had the filet, one the salmon and 1 the pork chop. We all enjoyed our entrees, and the sides. One filet was too salty but they replaced it right away. Two had the creamy spinach, they were both cold but again taken care of right away. We had a round table near the entrance of the kitchen which was very noisy and there was not a lot of lighting. We all had to use our phone lights to read the menu. All in all we all enjoyed our dinners and would try it again.

The food was excellent and Louis provided exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely come back to Shaw’s the next time I’m in Chicago. Thanks again.

Excellent service, clean food and attention to detail. We celebrated my sisters birthday and they treated her like a princess. Great experience overall.
