Our menu changes daily and reflects the best seasonal ingredients available, as well as fish flown in directly from Japan. The experience consists of a series of small plates and a progression of seasonal nigiri. We are inspired by the Japanese concept of ichi-go ichi-e, 一期一会, or “one time, one meeting. Our goal is not to recreate the sushiya of Japan, but to offer an experience that represents who and where we are, while respecting and honoring the traditions of edomae sushi. My husband and I enjoyed our meals-he loved the Chicken Schnitzel. The squid ink clams were very good too, but a little salty. The Butternut squash soup was delicious! Service was excellent and loved the ambiance. We would eat there next time we visit the gardens.

When I walked in, one of my favorite songs were playing (a John Summit song) so I was already having a great first impression. Our server Doug was amazing. He was patient, answered our questions and his timing in between courses was perfect. I’m very picky about my cosmos, and mine was made exactly to my liking. The food was delicious, I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes! Next time I’ll leave room for dessert!

We had an amazing time! The decor, the view, the elegance, the service was all spectacular! When you arrive to the elevator up , you are warnly greated by a hostess. Once you arrive upstairs, you are once again greated by a warm friendly smile. Once seated the people that serve are all warm and friendly. They made our visit truly unforgettable. We were dining with 2 children 6, 12. They made us all feel like we were family. The highlight of the visit was the waitress. I cannot remember her name, she had curly hair and siad she worked there for 41 years. What an amazing asset to this restaurant. She was entertaining, friendly, funny and really good at what she does! We will return just to see her! The food was PHENOMENAL. We ordered the filet mignion which was delicious. My wife ordered the Keto dish and left the plate empty. The kids ordered pizza, and us being native New Yorkers were amazed how good it tasted! We will be returning for sure. Yes the price was rather high but worth every penny!
