The primary and private dining rooms are located in the original first floor gathering spaces. The intimate restaurant deftly juxtaposes modern orange vinyl chairs with black and white portraits of Bridgehampton’s agrarian history, handblown glassware with delicate seasonal flowers. Featuring one-on-one service, the restaurant cozily seats 50 while offering a more relaxed atmosphere in the warm months on our private patio, which has been reconfigured to capture the beauty and peacefulness of our Inn’s garden. Our thoughtfully playful dinner menus change bi-weekly, with the season, and feature the best available, locally-gathered ingredients. That means 800+ recipes a year - how exciting! Each week: the menu consistently serves a form of duck and fish, an iteration of the fritter - lobster, artichoke, zucchini - and our all-time favorite cheeses found at Loaves & Fishes Food Store on cheese stones.

Tacos and tequila taste even better with a Sag Harbor water view.K Pasa is an American taqueria created by chefs and restaurateurs who live and work here. Truly a wonderful dinning experience. Service was impeccable, atmosphere warm and pleasant, and the food was fantastic. Apps we had the baked calms and lobster bisque, both amazing. For our mains, we had the pork cheeks and rabbit leg, again top notch. Dessert was truly the cherry on top of the meal. My only feedback would be, they need to serve a glass of whiskey in a proper rocks glass and use large cube ice vs, crushed iced.

Wonderful food, attentive service, but very noisy. Cries out for a carpet or any sound abatement that might allow conversation at a table for 2 to4. Miss the old original Gurney’s corny Italian rococo decor that was a relief from the now ubiquitous “ zen”running to “ Amish “ look of un inviting plain colorless Uber simple gray fixtures. Looks as if it was decorated by Monks who have taken a vow of poverty. Art work is all black, gray and during late fall no view of gorgeous ocean after early sunset. No music either but the noise would drown it out anyway. Very pricey for teensy portions.

Delicious food and service, we enjoyed the egg white omelet with apple sausage and apple bacon. The sweet potatoes and potatoes are very delicious. The steel- cut oatmeal is also very delicious. We enjoyed the turkey club.
