Trinity served all of us, and she was professional, efficient and her recommendations were excellent. She was cheerful and fun for our boisterous group. This restaurant was so good on the 1st night we ate there, we cancelled our reservation the next night at a different restaurant to come back to E3. This is one of the best restaurants I have been to. From the greeting at the front door, to the fantastic E3 Manhattan, to the Tomahawk Bison Steak. Everything is done to perfection.
