Best Romantic Restaurants in Sooke

One of mine and my daughter's favourite restaurants in Vancouver! The Food, the portion sizes, the atmosphere, the service. All exceptional. Nice small plates so we can try a few different things and share. Just dined there yesterday and already looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful evening with the Miku tasting menu and flight of Sake. Our server was so attentive and lovely.

Top-notch French-inspired cuisine. On par with what I would find at a good Montreal restaurant. I had heard ups and downs since Chef Feenie took over but the meal we had was better than Lumiere. We shared a burrata salad with local beets -- nothing otherworldly but fresh ingredients and tasty. Also shared the hamachi crudo which is apparently award-winning, and I can see why. I had one of the best duck breasts I have had in my life, with seared foie gras accompaniment to boot. My friend had the veal with morel sauce. Both were really top-notch. We sat at the bar and had very friendly and attentive service. Wine list is relatively small for this type of restaurant, and the bottom end of the price range is missing. We had the sommelier suggest a bottle of low-intervention burgundy which suited our food well. Atmosphere is very classic and not too loud. Overall a classy restaurant perfect for a business meeting, tete-a-tete, or a special occasion when you want to hear each other talk!

Gem of a restaurant! We celebrated our anniversary with Bravo and couldn’t have had a better and more memorable dining experience. It’s definitely the best meal and service I’ve experienced in Vancouver in the last year. Happy to have stumbled upon it. Louis was personable, full of charm and his recommendations were dialed for both food and wine. His service was next level, and it was lovely to hear about how his labour of love came to be. He was attentive and extremely generous and insisted on comping our champagne and dessert for our celebration. The Brut from Cowichan Valley, marinated olives and Tofino King Salmon were definite highlights. We can’t wait to head back to attack the rest of the menu and wine list!

The food and vibe were perfect, the best Greek salad I’ve ever had! Service was great and the overall feeling was very relaxed and cozy. Highly recommended.
