- SSeanDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat experience! We were seated overlooking Flamingo and the Strip where we caught some of the Bellagio water show during our meal. We ordered a red Sangria and Giada-Rita to start things off (and ordered another Sangria before we were done). We shared the Meatball/Orzo appetizer which was very tasty, and then two pasta dishes (a lemon/zucchini with shrimp, and a cannelloni with short ribs) - both were excellent! We enjoyed our time at Giada and will return in future.More infoGiada - The Cromwell Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Italian• The Strip•4.6

Our group was somewhat diverse with different tastes, but our server worked to understand and get to know us. He then crafted multiple courses, each of which were amazing! Definitely pricey, but definitely worth it!More infoNobu - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Caesars Palace•4.6

- KKris2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoA coworker and I have come to Las Vegas for an annual conference, and this restaurant has become our special place that we go when the conference is over to celebrate all of our learning and further involvement with the organization. The menu is outstanding! We were craving the muscles, which we had on our last visit, but they had been replaced with a tuna tartare, that is absolutely out of this world! I could eat this stuff every day and twice a day on Sundays. Very delicious. Our pasta courses were the gnocchi and the pumpkin caramelle. The gnocchi was absolutely outstanding, probably the very lightest gnocchi I have ever eaten in my life! The caramel was OK, the pumpkin flavor is lovely and the accent with Sage is very smart, but this was a little too Thanksgiving issue for me. Very delicious, but Wish we would have selected something different. Our main course was the whole Branzino that we had with the red pepper and chili pesto. Our waiter, Christopher also brought us a side of the lemon and capers sauce, and both were fantastic. While we were told that eating, the whole fish rather than having them, filleted was the ideal best way to go, my colleague, and I were relieved that our amazing waiter offered to serve the fish for us, which was super helpful given that I am totally afraid of swallowing a tiny fish bone. I did not think I’d be able to handle dessert, but my coworker wanted to try the Crosta, and it was a fantastic idea. It’s a lightish kind of apple tart that came with a cinnamon flavored crème fraîche which absolutely was the highlight of the dish. This restaurant will go down in history for me as one of my favorite places to die in Las Vegas, and if you are taking a trip there, whether you are anywhere near to Caesar’s Palace or not, if you like Italian food and especially Italian seafood, you need to check out this place! - EErinSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoFlew in from Idaho just to go for my husband's birthday dinner and it was wonderful. We will definitely be doing this again. We had 3 different people helping at our table which was nice, made us feel special 😊. John, Ignacio & Lupe (she had awesome Iris Apfel glasses) were a dream team! The wine sommelier came over to chat shortly after we sat down and helped us make a decision on our wine for the evening. Definitely not an inexpensive dinner but we actually ended up spending less than I thought so that's a small win. It was about $400 for two of us. We got the rib steak for two, Caesar salad, baked potato with their famous bacon on top, a bottle of wine and pecan pie. All shared of course. If anything, I think they should have a larger selection of moderately priced wines. We had to do quite a bit of digging to find a bottle that was under $200. While I get it that it's an upscale place not everybody wants to pay more for their bottle of wine than they are for their food.More infoPeter Luger at Caesars Palace, Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Paradise•4.6
