Best Romantic Restaurants in Memorial Square

Positives: The food we received was really good. We chose the Philly cheesesteak app, the Cajun ribeye and the fire grill chicken pasta. All great flavors and large portions. The service was great (Brittany was our waitress). We were held up in traffic and then caught the train and the held our reservation. Negatives: They were out of several things on the menu and we were there early(ish) in the day. The table we were sat at had crumbs in the chairs and trash (small stuff but still noticeable) on the floor, just lacked the attention to detail we expected. Overall, it was a win.

Belated Valentine’s Day date night. Delicious truffle risotto with lobster tail for me and a steak with potatoe purée for her. Had some roasted bone marrow for an appetizer—it was good, not as good as the scotch egg appetizer I usually get, but I’m glad I tried it.

Mahogany is a good choice for a special occasion and just any dinner date. Our waitress Katelyn was very knowledgeable and made suggestions that made my dining experience better than it was the last time I was there. She made sure my lamb was cut into lollipops vs. standing. Standing is cute but not the easiest to enjoy. I appreciated having a wait staff vs having one person take care of us. The atmosphere was nice and it made our Valentine’s Day special. I would 100% recommend and it’s definitely worth the extra money to dine here.

What a way to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The entire staff was amazing, smiling, didn’t concern themselves with whose table it was. We got 500% service across the board! The food was beyond belief. The price was well worth what you get. Can’t wait to go back!

This was our 1st time to go to the Hamilton. At first placed next to a table of 3 that were fairly loud and discussing people's jobs so I asked to be moved away. They found us a table that was a lot more quiet and so much better. The food was amazing as well as the service. Our waitress was so great and kept checking on us. It turned out to be a wonderful experience and we will probably go back for special occassions.
