Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. While the service was attentive and courteous, the roasted cauliflower fell a bit short. It was difficult to eat due to it not being cooked all the way through. I would return to try different dishes but definitely skipping the cauliflower next time.
