BARCOA Agaveria is a basement bar that celebrates the spirits of Mexico. Serving imaginative craft cocktails and a vast list of agave spirits, BARCOA is often described as "vibey," "sexy," and "the time of my life" (says some dude from Mesa).     Fantastic experience, it feels like the perfect hole in the wall but with wonderful food worthy of the James Beard award they earned. The sauce on the Ceviche was masterful, the flavors in every one of their salsas perfectly balanced. The LONE nitpick I could find was the $300 price tag on the steak dish, would have loved to try it, but I can’t see how spending $224 more than the chicken platter could possibly be worth the additional cost. Would love to see a second more reasonable steak option here.

    Second visit and this place did not disappoint. The food was amazing - the ribeye and the wagyu carpaccio were incredible. I absolutely love the rustic-luxurious feel. Plus the historic touch makes for an excellent vibe for an upscale audience.

    Had a great time, our first experience at W&W. We ended up forgoing our dining room seating for bar seating as it is what we prefer. There, our bartender Miles took great care of us. We took him up on his suggestions of appetizers and dessert and they were awesome. Speaking of awesome, Ella the manager stopped by to see how we were doing and chatted us up for a bit, which is always fun. Overall, a great experience that we will more than likely do again when in the area.

    It truly wonderful experience. We had a lovely table with a server who was there absolutely when we needed her and was able to provide us with updates on our dinner reservations at Wren and Wolf. The handcrafted cocktails were out of this world and left us thrilled with the whole experience. We will be back with more out of town visitors.
