I had mistakenly made our reservation in the atrium and they were able to move us to the main dining room which is gorgeous. The old fashioned I had was perfectly made, the food was impeccable, as was the service. Elsa was our server and she helped to make our entire experience memorable. She carefully explained the evening's specials and answered our questions. We started with the calamari. It was a generous portion and quite tasty. However, the real "gem" was the 8 oz filet. We both ordered one and each one was cooked to perfection. While enjoying coffee at the end of the meal we decided to try the mile high chocolate cake. It was outstanding but be warned: the slice is enough for four or five people! If you are looking for a truly relaxing dining experience, then Rosebud Rosetta Italian is your place to go.
