The food and staff at Mon Ami Gabi were top notch. Service was quick, friendly and professional. The food we ordered came out quickly and was delicious. The restaurant has a cozy vibe and the outdoor seating has a front row view of the Bellagio fountains. The prices are what you would expect for fine dining on the Las Vegas Strip, overall it was a great experience and I would go again the next time I am in the area.

Dining at Nobu in Caesar’s Palace was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with a warm welcome and attentive care throughout the meal. Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in an unforgettable meal, this spot is well worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Great experience! We were seated overlooking Flamingo and the Strip where we caught some of the Bellagio water show during our meal. We ordered a red Sangria and Giada-Rita to start things off (and ordered another Sangria before we were done). We shared the Meatball/Orzo appetizer which was very tasty, and then two pasta dishes (a lemon/zucchini with shrimp, and a cannelloni with short ribs) - both were excellent! We enjoyed our time at Giada and will return in future.

Day of reservation made looking to try a new place for brunch. We were very happy with the brunch. The view of the strip and Bellagio fountain was very nice. The service was attentive without being pushy. Example: we ordered a caviar dish and the waiter noticed we were running low on bread, and he asked if we wanted more before we could request it (we did want more). That level of attention and detail did not go unnoticed. All the food and drink items were very tasty and well prepared. Keep in mind that this is traditional French dining, meaning don't be in a hurry. We were there >2 hours between the three courses, caviar add on, and dessert, but we never felt like we were rushed out. We plan to go back at some point to try their dinner menu. So far, a great first impression.

Food and service were great. Our server, Syl... gave wonderful service as did the remainder of the team. We had the Crab Croquettes, the Frites Gruyere, Butter Prawns and shared the Brulee Beignet(s). Very Enjoyable
