So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. All of our meals were fresh and delicious. The chef was also accommodating to my daughter who can’t eat dairy and still made an outstanding red sauce. Can’t wait to come back!
