So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.     Quaint dining spot in the heart of Haddonfield. Amazing brunch menu. The house made sausage is the best I’ve had since my dad’s. It had lots of flavor and loved that it had spice, too. Will be back for dinner and save room to try the Canolli.

    My wife and I have not been here in over a year, we will not wait that long for our next visit. Everything, and I mean everything was outstanding. From the food to the wait staff and cleanliness. Highly recommend going here for a wonderful evening.

    The food was excellent let me start with that. I believe the owner was the one who took our order. He also sat us, took our order and served it to us. As much as I admire that he does everything. The place was busy and he needed help. Have a host/ hostess seat us. He didn’t write down our order, which is totally fine if you don’t mess it up. He for got two of our dishes and forgot one entree because he doubled one of the other entrees ordered.
