Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in The Flamingo

Ate solo for dinner. Wasn't rushed or ignored. You can order off menu non-alcoholic cocktails. My server went through several options. I had a salmon roll as an appetizer, wild Alaskan black cod with soba noodles in spicy miso broth, and key lime pie for dessert. Also off menu is decaf coffee options. All were delicious. The sushi had unique flavors that went well with my cocktail. My entree had a lovely smoky flavor to the fish, which was cooked perfectly and paired perfectly with the spicy broth. The key lime pie was perfectly tart and the toasted merengue was delicious. All around, a really lovely dinner.

As one would expect from a restaurant owned by Giada DeLaurentis, this was a first class experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful and well laid out. We were able to obtain a reservation same day for brunch on a Friday. The brunch menu has many options. We chose the blueberry pancakes with the lemon ricotta and they were melt in your mouth delicious. We also chose that cheeseburger and it was outstanding as well and very filling. The service was impeccable and the ambience was great. Well priced for being a first class restaurant with a view of the strip. We will be back to try other brunch and dinner selections. 

Great evening with my wife on our anniversary. The fixed menu was superb. The staff was efficient, friendly and a pleasure. We might need to make this our Valentine’s Day place from now on.
