- EEthelynSan Diego •5 reviews5.0Dined todayAttended the 5-course Christmas Eve dinner. It was worth every penny- from start to finish it was coursed beautifully, ingredients were fresh and cooked perfectly to temp, plating was festive and colourful; and all this with just the right timed check-ins from my bartender/server James. The couple next to me did the wine pairing and everything was explained nicely and paired well... along with some fun history & stories- I opted for the cocktails which were creative and utilized some lovely ingredients as well as being well balanced.More infoCallie RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Downtown•4.8
- JJosephSan Diego •11 reviews5.0Dined todayFantastic fixed Xmas dinner! The braised spare ribs were absolutely perfectly cooked - juicy and tender. My mom enjoyed her salmon. The crostene app was delicious as well. Only complaint would be that the tables are really crammed in there, so my elderly mother who uses a can had a rough time navigating around the tables and other patrons to get to our far corner tableMore infoSolare Ristorante LoungePrice: Moderate• Italian• Point Loma•4.7
- KKathleenPhoenix / Arizona •5 reviews5.0Dined todaySimply put, one of the best meals I have had the privilege of enjoying! Delightful server, Calvin, was very in tune with the timing of our meal and our needs. The fixed menu was perfect for Christmas Eve, as it kept the meal flowing and decision-making to a minimum. Every course was delectable from the scallop crudo, the creamed mushrooms, and the sea bass, to the date cake with walnut ice cream! Mezcal hibiscus cocktail was creative and tasty, as well! I will definitely be back!More infoHerb & WoodPrice: Expensive• Californian• Little Italy•4.7
- JjimSan Diego •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe small plates are entirely original, owing more to Asian and other fusion than to Spanish tapas. The cocktails were original and enhanced the meal. Ambience was greatMore infoKettner ExchangePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Little Italy•4.7
- BBenSan Diego •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe celebrated our anniversary at Nobu San Diego, and it was unforgettable! The Yellowtail Jalapeño was the highlight—delicate, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with ponzu and a hint of jalapeño. The chic ambiance and outstanding service made our evening truly special. Highly recommend for any special occasion!More infoNobu San DiegoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Downtown•4.6
