Once again had the most fabulous experience at Oku. We have celebrated all our big events here, engagement, anniversaries and now my husbands 30th birthday where they went above and beyond making our experience out of this world. I’m so thankful for all the memories we’ve shared here, which is why we come back from Ohio every single year to enjoy their amazing hospitality and food. Thank you to Trey and all of the amazing team!

We love Dean’s. Tonight they were a little off w the temperature of the steak. The NY strips were spot on but the filet mignon that was ordered medium came out rare. We kept that one for the table, didn’t want to cause any problems, and ordered another one medium. After everyone else was finished with their meal, it came back, again, rare. Sent it back and it came back (same steak) rare. We gave up. Not sure what the issue was. Not sure we’ll be back.

Had a wonderful dinner at Sea Grill Restaurant to celebrate my dad’s birthday! The ambiance was beautiful - very classy and elegant! They really amped up the “ocean” vibes throughout the restaurant. They have an upstairs and a downstairs. We were seated downstairs near the bar, but the noise level was perfect for our party of 6. Upstairs it was much more lively, but still very nice. The service was top notch. They knew we were celebrating a birthday, and our initial interaction with our waitress was when she brought complimentary champagne to the table and a birthday card (so nice!). Cassandra was very attentive throughout the meal and made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, the food was very good! Of the appetizers we ordered, our favorites were the crab croquettes and grilled octopus. The baked oysters were take it or leave it for us - the oysters were almost nonexistent. For the main courses, we did the beef Wellington (great!), salt-baked branzino for two (so good!), and the lamb chops (stellar!), along with asparagus, seasonal vegetables, and parsley risotto. My dad received a complimentary tiramisu for his dessert (not a fan). We also ordered the crème brûlée (pretty good), pear carpaccio (not bad), and the velvet passion (our favorite!). The center has valet parking or you can self-park. Also, special shoutout to Raven - she also was a memorable part of our experience! We had a great experience and we look forward to returning!

I had lunch at Napa Providence with a friend, and it was such a nice vibe. We sat out on the heated patio—such a great idea, especially when it’s chilly out. It felt super cozy, and we didn’t want to leave. Our server, Nick, was awesome. He was really on top of things, super helpful, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all—even though we ended up hanging out for a couple of hours just chatting. The food? So good. We both had the Napa salad, which is always light and fresh, and I couldn’t skip the French onion soup. It’s seriously become one of my go-tos. Perfect little bite when you’re not starving but want something warm and comforting.

First time dining and it's immediately one of my favorite places in Charlotte! Great ambiance and design, loved the menu theme and commitment to Mediterranean, all the food was delicious, especially the Whipped Ricotta, Roasted Mushrooms, and Halibut with Scallops (Market Fish), and the wine list was very well put together - after a cocktail we loved the Assyrtiko white wine from Santorini. Service absolutely top notch too, really guided us along the menu categories and made it a special meal, bravo!
