- CGChrisGChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoKiller meal! Heavy on the seafood influence which I was very happy with. Sat at the Chef's Counter. Also ordered 1 of all the a la carte plates because we wanted to try everything. A great through line that tells the story of local sourcing. They don't hammer you over the head with didactic descriptions - they let the food do the talking and buttress their pristine ingredients with delicious accompaniments that enhance the flavors of the main event without overpowering them. Nuanced cooking with kind & gracious service. Doesn't get better.More infoRiver TwicePrice: Very Expensive• American• South Philly•4.8

This was the first time, however, we visited with an 8 month old. Friends of ours were in town from California, and we really wanted to show them an example of a dinner that makes us appreciate Philadelphia so much. The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating with our young pasta lover. The noise level and other diners that evening made our experience feel simply like you were eating in a friend's living room. We're grateful for Fiorella's in many ways, and always suggest this restaurant for smaller, more intimate gatherings for friends and family.More infoFiorella PhiladelphiaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Bella Vista•4.9

We ordered from the family style brunch menu: $27 bucks a person for 3 appetizers, 1 entree each, and 2 sides. It was a great deal and the food was really good! Our server was attentive but not overbearing and super friendly and accommodating. While the appetizers and the sides are set, you get to choose your own entree out of 7 options. I got the sangria pancakes and my friend got the crab benedict. 10/10 recommend each entree. I would definitely go here again and you should too!More infoAmada PHLPrice: Expensive• Spanish• Old City•4.7

The espresso before dinner was not complimentary, the hollandaise was slightly cold over my tortellini and the potato gratin’s cheese split which was unfortunate but overall it was truly a magical experience and the were highlights (the nonalcoholic spritz, the magical lighting, the dessert, and the aji with apple and peanuts) that struck me speechless and made up for it. Magical. Wonderful. So happy I did it.More infoVetri Cucina - PhiladelphiaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Center City•4.9

I’ve felt POST COVID, customer service at restaurants has been poor but the service, food, and drinks were exceptional tonight. Very happy I chose an old favorite to celebrate my bday.More infoBuddakan - PhiladelphiaPrice: Expensive• Asian• Old City•4.7
