I was particularly impressed with the bone-in pork chop, which was cooked to perfection and paired flawlessly with creamy garlic mashed potatoes. Fantastic experience. We celebrated my dad’s birthday and were seated at one of their best table locations. Matthew, our server, was very knowledgeable, personable, attentive and fun. He brought out each steak cut and made some perfect recommendations. Off we didn’t like something, he fixed it immediately. We felt like we were his only responsibility. Wagyu was on point as were the elk, lamb and seafood. Try the holiday menu!!!
